SMS & Email Communication

By providing your mobile number and selecting the applicable SMS consent option, you agree to receive the types of text messages you choose from Amy's Skincare Oasis. Service messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-up care instructions. Clients who separately opt in to promotional texts may also receive special offers, product announcements, and other marketing messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Consent to appointment and service-related texts does not enroll you in promotional text messages. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message we send. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our text list.

For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at (770) 998-2240.

When you book an appointment, purchase a gift card, or subscribe to our newsletter, you may receive emails from Amy's Skincare Oasis including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and — if subscribed — our monthly newsletter.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or contact us directly. Transactional emails related to your appointments cannot be opted out of while you have an active booking.

Your contact information is used solely to communicate with you about your appointments and services. We do not sell or share your phone number or email address with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you are not receiving messages, please check that your number is correct and that you have not previously opted out.
